Nala Renewables completes Romania's Green Breeze Wind Farm

London, 23 September 2026 - Nala Renewables announces the completion of its Green Breeze Wind Farm, delivering its largest project to date from development through to operation in just over two years and marking the successful completion of its first project in Romania.

With a capacity of 99.2 MW, Green Breeze is now fully operational and able to supply electricity to the grid.

‍

Located mainly in the municipality of Cuca in the county of Galati, the wind farm consists of 16 Vestas V162 V162-6.2 MW™ turbines.

‍

The wind farm will supply Apple with clean energy through a long-term power purchase agreement, supporting Apple's commitment to bring new renewable energy capacity online and helping match customer electricity use with clean power. The agreement continues to expand Nala's renewables portfolio through high-quality operating assets.
