Nala Renewables completes sale of Wayu Energy stake to support strategic focus on Europe and Chile

Nala Renewables is announcing the completion of the sale of its 80% share of Wayu Energy Pte. Ltd., a Southeast Asia-based renewable energy platform, to Kaffee Energy Limited.

The transaction aligns with Nala Renewables' strategy of focusing its investment and development activities in Europe and Chile, where the company is rapidly expanding its presence. Nala is committed to supporting the energy transition across these regions through the development, construction and operation of renewable energy generation and energy storage projects.
